Welcome, I am glad you’re here.

I am Michelle, an Asian-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a psychotherapist and provide individual therapy services to people seeking a better understanding of themselves.

My practice is dynamic. I am passionate about serving my clients and community, so my practice is vibrant and my roles can vary. Working as a therapist, contributing to teams, and being apart of a community with a larger mission excites me. Professionally, I serve as a workplace wellness consultant and on-site therapist for tech companies in the Silicon Valley.
As a therapist, I strive to create a welcoming, warm, and safe space for you to be yourself and explore your authenticity. My goal is to be open, compassionate, and curious, with a balance of humanity and therapeutic direction to introduce new skills to improve your day-to-day.
My therapeutic style is focused on human connection and is strength based. My goal is to be your steady guide, as we aim for a positive increase in your self-esteem through insight oriented and evidence based therapy modalities.
I partner with my clients to help them understand their life stressors, then process and manage these challenges. By hearing their stories, I provide an objective clinical perspective and we work closely together to align on short and long-term goals.
If you’ve stumbled upon my page, you’re likely interested in changing your life. I am here to be on that journey with you.
